Healing Rays of Sunshine

I am pushing through a really tough time in my life. Living with mental illness is a never-ending journey; a roller coaster if you will. On this roller coaster, it is necessary for survival to take very small moments out of my day to soak up some healing rays of sunshine. If you are struggling today, remember that things will always get better – even when it always feels like you’re taking two steps forward, one step back; it’s progress. So keep it up. Take 5 minutes for yourself today and if you are able to, let the sun shine through you. Take a few deep breaths as it fills you with loving light and a healing warmth. You got this. We all do.
